Located in Evanston, IL, FEW Spirit distillery was established in 2011. It produces award-winning craft whiskey and gin with a bold Chicago-style twist. Its small-batch artisanal whiskeys are born from locally sourced grains, aged in American oak barrels and bottled in American-made glass bottles, allowing it to boldly claim 100% grain-to-glass.
